The relay is the meeting point for T4ARemote: it pairs a host PC with a viewer — another PC or the Android app — and forwards their encrypted traffic. Without ever seeing it.

Screen, keyboard, mouse and file data are end-to-end encrypted between host and viewer. The relay only forwards them — it never sees or stores them.
Relays in Europe and Singapore, so connections stay fast for users in Europe, Asia and beyond.
Connection rate limiting, protection against repeated wrong session codes and temporary bans for suspicious IPs.
One job, done well: no heavy database or complex infrastructure. Runs on a small VPS with a public IP.
Version checking tells T4ARemote apps when an update is available and keeps outdated clients from connecting.
Active connections, waiting hosts, session duration and daily, 24-hour and 7-day totals — never the content of a session.

We keep only what is needed for security and troubleshooting.
Minimal metadata: time, connection event, session ID and client IP address.
Log entries older than 7 days are deleted automatically. IP addresses are treated as personal data under the GDPR.
Optional approximate country/city, looked up locally on the relay with GeoLite2 data by MaxMind — no external service.
